This initial phone call will help me learn more about your reasons for beginning counseling, discuss insurance/payment options, and look at scheduling availability. It is also a good opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about counseling and to make sure that my style of therapy will be a good fit for you.

I know that reaching out to a therapist can be hard, but beginning therapy is an incredible gift to give yourself. I’m ready to get to work with you, and I hope you’ll take the time to connect with me so we can start your therapy journey (I promise, it’s not as bad as you might think!).
